ChingTam Kanglayen - Split Gill Mushroom - 50 gm
Kanglayen is a wild variety of mushroom, commonly known as split-gill mushroom. It is found in the wild on decaying trees especially after rainfall. It is used for cooking various delicacies like Paknam (Savoury cake) or Eromba ( Vegetable chutney). It is known to have immuno modulatory and anti viral properties.
