ChingTam Uchina - Wood Ear Mushroom - 50 gm
It is a jelly like mushroom, which is black in colour with chewy texture and earthy flavour, it is found in the wild. It is used for making Kanghou ( Mixed vegetable stir fry). It is rich in protein and various other nutrients while being low on fat and calories.
Cooking instructions: soak in warm water for 30 mins before cooking
