The event was also attended by Hon'ble MLA Smt. S. Kebi Devi (left), Naoria Pakhanglakpa AC and Hon'ble Adaksha Smt. RK Taruni Devi (right). Naoria Pakhanglakpa AC as President and Guest of Honour, respectively.
