At Pabung, we are committed to respectfully celebrating and promoting cultural heritage through a wide range of products. Our offerings may include printed apparel, mementos, figurines, handcrafted items, decorative instruments (such as miniature display Pena pieces), and other culturally inspired merchandise.

Many of these products are inspired by traditional art forms, folklore, rituals, historical symbols, and community practices. Because cultural representation carries meaning and sensitivity, we approach it with care and responsibility.

1. Artistic & Craft Interpretation

Some items available on our platform involve artistic interpretation, handcrafted variation, scaled-down replicas, or decorative adaptations designed for display or lifestyle use.

Variations may occur due to:

• Artistic rendering or stylistic adaptation
• Handcrafted production differences
• Miniature or non-functional replica design (display-only items)
• Manufacturing or printing limitations
• Digital or material constraints

For example, certain instruments may be decorative replicas rather than playable instruments, and certain figurines or prints may reflect stylized artistic proportions.

These variations are not intended to misrepresent, distort, or disrespect cultural traditions.

• Alter sacred or culturally sensitive symbols in a disrespectful manner
• Misuse protected heritage elements
• Claim academic, institutional, or religious authority over any tradition
• Represent items as officially certified unless explicitly stated

Our objective is appreciation and responsible cultural storytelling, not appropriation or misrepresentation.

3. Non-Functional & Decorative Items

Some products may be designed purely for decorative or commemorative purposes. Miniature instruments, replicas, or artistic renderings may not serve the same functional purpose as their traditional counterparts unless clearly specified.

Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully to understand whether an item is functional, decorative, or symbolic.

4. Community Feedback & Correction Process

If you believe that a product — whether print, figurine, memento, craft item, or replica — contains an inaccuracy, incorrect symbolism, orientation issue, disproportionate element, or cultural sensitivity concern, we encourage you to notify us.

Upon receiving a concern, we will:

• Review the matter internally
• Verify references where applicable
• Consult with the supplier or artisan
• Modify the design if feasible
• Suspend or remove the product if correction is not possible

We value constructive feedback from community members, cultural practitioners, scholars, and customers.

5. No Official Endorsement

Unless explicitly mentioned, products on our platform are not officially endorsed by any traditional authority, cultural council, institution, religious body, or government organization.

6. Continuous Review

Cultural understanding evolves. As verified information becomes available, we reserve the right to update, refine, or discontinue products to maintain responsible representation.
