Estimated Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days
  • This estimate includes order processing, printing (where applicable), and courier transit time.
  • Actual delivery timelines may vary based on delivery location, courier serviceability, product type, and operational conditions. Remote areas or unserviceable PIN codes may require additional delivery time.

  • No shipping charges or taxes are applied at checkout for these categories only, regardless of order weight or value.
  • The price displayed on the product page is the final amount payable, inclusive of shipping, taxes, and all applicable fees.
  • This free-shipping offer applies exclusively to the categories listed above and overrides standard weight-based shipping rates only for those categories.

National Shipping (Pan-India)

Shipping Charges & Packaging

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the total weight of items at checkout and displayed after entering the delivery address, before payment.
  • The minimum charge applies for up to 500g, and rates increase at 500g or 1 kg intervals, as per courier policies.
  • Bulk orders benefit from reduced per-unit shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs do not double with increased weight — the more you order, the lower the per-unit shipping cost.
  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays and holidays).
    • Most items are dispatched within 2 working days.
    • Items requiring additional processing, preorder/backorder items, or currently out-of-stock products are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days, depending on availability.
  •  Examples:
    • Dry fish may require 2 to 4 days for processing and is shipped only after preparation is complete.
    • High-demand items may go temporarily out of stock and can take up to 5 days to get ready for shipping.
     

    Delivery Timelines After Dispatch

    • Air Shipping:
      • BlueDart Air & Other Air Services: Estimated 3-5 days for delivery.
      • Speed Post Air: Estimated 3-7 working days for cities, but delivery to remote locations can take 10 to 14 days.
    • Surface Shipping (Road Transport): Estimated 5-14 days, depending on the delivery location.

    Courier Partners & Selection

    • We will use the most suitable courier service based on the delivery destination.
    • By default, most orders are shipped via Speedpost for reliable and affordable delivery.
    • If a customer has a preferred courier service, they may leave a note at checkout.
    • If a customer requests faster shipping (e.g., BlueDart Air), extra charges may apply as their rates are higher than standard shipping.
    • We will communicate via phone or WhatsApp regarding additional charges and confirmation before proceeding with the order.

    Shipping partners include Speed Post, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, BlueDart, Shadowfax, Amazon Shipping, and more.

    Order Processing & Tracking

    • Customers automatically receive an order confirmation via email after checkout.
    • Once the order is dispatched, the tracking number is shared via email or WhatsApp (if provided).
    • After dispatch, the parcel’s transit and delivery process are fully managed by the respective courier partner.
    • If you experience any delivery issues, please inform us, we will coordinate with the courier company on your behalf.
    • However, we cannot guarantee that delivery timelines can be expedited or that a dispatched shipment can be cancelled. Deliveries are processed strictly as per courier updates.
    • If an incorrect phone number or address results in the shipment being returned, the shipping fees and any applicable charges will be deducted.

    International Shipping

    We ship internationally to select countries based on product eligibility and destination-specific regulations.

    • Product Availability: Not all products available in the Indian market are eligible for international shipping. Product availability may vary by country due to export restrictions, courier limitations, or destination country regulations. Only items that are available for a selected country will be visible and purchasable on our website for that destination.
    • Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery time for international orders is approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on the destination and product type.
    • Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees as per the destination country’s regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.
    • Placing an International Order: If your destination country is available on our website, you may place your order directly online for the products shown as available for that country. For products not currently available for international shipping, customers may Contact Us prior to ordering to check eligibility.

    Customs clearance requirements and any delays caused by customs authorities are outside our control.


    Local Delivery

    • Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
    • Service Areas: Check the Local Delivery Areas List for availability.
    • Delivery Charges:
      • Greater Imphal:
        • Orders below ₹800 – ₹80 per trip.
        • Orders ₹800 and above – Free delivery.
      • Other areas: Contact us to check availability and charges.
    • Additional Charges: Extra charges may apply for fragile, heavy, or large items.
    • Non-Serviceable Areas: Orders to non-serviceable areas may be automatically canceled and refunded with or without prior notice. Customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp if applicable.
    • Minimum Order Value: There is no minimum order requirement.

    Unforeseen Events Shipping Policy

    This policy applies only in cases of unforeseen events that disrupt regular shipping operations. These may include natural disasters, civil unrest, road blockades, or other unexpected situations affecting logistics.

    Courier Service

    If unforeseen events occur in Manipur, we will use Speed Post Air as our primary shipping method to ensure reliable service.

    Alternative Courier Options:

    • Customers may request BlueDart Air or other air shipping services.
    • If an alternative courier is preferred, customers can leave a note at checkout or contact us directly.
    • Additional charges may apply for courier services other than Speed Post. We will inform customers about available options and any extra fees before proceeding with the shipment.

    Possible Delays

    We are committed to dispatching orders as quickly as possible. However, delays in dispatch may occur due to:

    • Curfews, protests, roadblocks, or other disruptions in the Imphal area.
    • Transportation issues affecting parcel movement from post offices to airports.
    • Severe weather conditions such as heavy rains or floods impacting transit routes.

    While we will book the parcel and provide a tracking number, delays beyond our control may occur due to courier logistics.

    We request customers to place orders with an understanding of potential delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

    Order Assurance

    Customer payments are secure, and all orders will be delivered.
    In rare cases where delivery is completely unfeasible due to ongoing disruptions, a refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
