Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Charges & Calculation

Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on:

  • Delivery country
  • State
  • PIN code
  • Total shipment weight
  • Fulfilment source
  • Courier availability
  • Applicable promotional conditions

Shipping charges may be:

  • Weight-based
  • Fixed-rate
  • Free Shipping (where applicable)

Shipping rates are displayed after entering the delivery location details and before payment confirmation.

The checkout summary reflects the final and binding shipping charge applicable to the order.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 5 working days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Most products are dispatched within 2 working days.
  • Certain food or preparation-based items may require 2 to 4 working days before dispatch.
  • Preorder, backorder, or temporarily unavailable items may require up to 5 working days before dispatch, depending on availability.

Processing timelines may vary depending on product type and fulfilment source.

3. Delivery Timeline After Dispatch

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are as follows:

  • Air Shipping: 3–7 working days (remote areas may take longer)
  • Surface Shipping: 5–14 working days depending on destination

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary. Orders may be delivered earlier or later than the estimated timeframe depending on courier routing, serviceability, weather conditions, transport disruptions, customs procedures (for international shipments), and other operational factors beyond our control.

4. Fulfilment & Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped from:

  • Our own warehouse, or
  • Approved partner warehouses authorised to fulfil orders on our behalf.

If an order contains items stored at different locations, the order may be divided into multiple shipments.

In such cases:

  • Customers may receive separate packages.
  • Each shipment may have its own tracking number.
  • Delivery timelines may vary for each package depending on its dispatch location.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated accordingly and clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Free Shipping – Eligible Orders Only

Free shipping may be offered on selected products, categories, or promotional campaigns.

Where free shipping applies:

  • Shipping charges are included in the product price or displayed as ₹0 at checkout.
  • Eligibility is determined automatically at checkout based on product type, fulfilment source, delivery location, order composition, and operational feasibility.

Orders not eligible for free shipping are subject to standard shipping charges calculated at checkout.

6. Local Delivery (Greater Imphal – Selected Areas)

Local delivery may be available for selected areas within Greater Imphal.

If eligible, the Local Delivery option will automatically appear at checkout based on delivery location and order composition.

Local Delivery Charges:

  • Orders below ₹800 – ₹80 per delivery
  • Orders ₹800 and above – Free local delivery

Local deliveries are typically completed within 2 working days (Monday to Saturday) between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM.

If an order contains items fulfilled from multiple locations, local delivery may not be available and standard courier shipping options may apply.

7. Courier Partners

Courier services are selected based on delivery location, service availability, and operational feasibility.

Shipping partners may include Speed Post, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, BlueDart, Shadowfax, Amazon Shipping, and other available courier services.

If a customer requests a specific courier service, the request will be processed subject to availability.

Where the shipping charges already paid are sufficient to cover the requested courier service, no additional charges will apply.

If the requested courier requires higher shipping charges, the customer may be informed before dispatch.

8. Order Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

Customers receive an order confirmation email after successful checkout.

Tracking details are shared via email once the order is shipped.

After dispatch, shipment movement and delivery scheduling are managed by the respective courier partner. While we assist in coordinating delivery-related concerns, transit timelines and final delivery scheduling are governed by the courier.

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery address and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delivery failure, delays, return-to-origin (RTO), or additional charges, which may be deducted where applicable.

9. Non-Serviceable Areas

Orders may be cancelled and refunded if the delivery location is deemed non-serviceable by our courier or fulfilment network, with or without prior notice.

Customers will be notified where applicable, typically via email.

10. International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries, subject to product eligibility and regulatory restrictions.

Product Eligibility

Not all products are eligible for international shipping. Availability may vary due to export regulations, courier limitations, supplier restrictions, or destination country regulations.

Only products available for a selected country will be visible and purchasable for that destination.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timeline for international orders is approximately 1–3 weeks, depending on destination and product type.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

Customs clearance requirements and any delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control.

International Cancellations & Returns

International orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Due to cross-border shipping regulations and customs procedures, returns or exchanges for international orders may not be accepted unless the product is confirmed to be damaged or incorrect in accordance with our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

11. Delivery Delays & Force Majeure

Shipping timelines may be affected by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Civil disturbances
  • Road blockades or transport disruptions
  • Government restrictions
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Courier operational issues

In such cases, dispatch or delivery may be delayed.

If fulfilment becomes impossible due to such circumstances, refund processing will be handled in accordance with our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

12. Policy Updates

Shipping charges and delivery conditions may change due to operational costs, fuel price fluctuations, transportation fees, or regulatory updates. Any applicable charges will be reflected at checkout before payment confirmation.

The policy applicable at the time of order placement shall govern that transaction.
