Presenting to you from the serene and cool hills of Manipur, the King of all chillies, Umorok also known as King Chilli or Naga Viper Chilli/Morich/Pepper or Ghost Pepper or Bhut Jolokia. It is one of the hottest chillies in the world. It can be eaten fresh or in dried/pickle form. A little bit of U-Morok in a dish lends a very palatable flavour and uplifts the whole dish. It can be used in small quantities in almost all vegetarian and non-vegetarian dish preparations. Caution: More than 1,000,000 SHU (Scoville Scale) 400 times hotter than Tabasco sauce, please do not use indiscriminately.

The Dried King chilies were not as good as last order. This time some chilies were rotten and were not as hot as expected. Also, I see the courier charges are too high.
