Uyen (Dry Shittake Mushroom)

Uyen, commonly known as Shittake Mushroom, is an exotic mushroom well known for its rich taste. It is used in a variety of forms and recipes like Kanghou ( Fried Dish), Dal Fry, Eromba ( Chutney) and much more. It is a good source of carbohydrate, protein and essential amino acids, minerals like zinc, copper, selenium, iron and vitamins like B complex, C and D.
