Also known as Stink beans or Petai Beans or Tree Beans, they grow on trees that can reach over thirty meters in height. They grow in graceful looking enticing bunches and looks like gifts from the sky. Yongchak can be used in various vegetarian and non-vegetarian preparations. The primary ones are mainly Singju (Mix salad) and Eromba (Steamed veg chutney).They are loaded with nutrients and helps in lowering blood pressure, relieving stress and has natural energy boosting sugars
