Kanglayen (split gill mushroom) is an edible type of mushroom found widely on the hilly areas. Along with its delicious taste it is packed with high nutritious content, with very low in fat and digestible carbohydrates, but high in protein, vitamins, amino acids, minerals and dietary fiber.
