Smoked Muka Nga (Amblypharyngodonmola) is one of the highly popular ingredients in a typical Manipuri kitchen. It is prepared by hybrid drying technique (traditional fire and electric modes) straight from fresh Muka Nga, commonly known as Indian Carpletmola.
It can be a crunchy side after shallow fry. Also, it can be used to make vegetable stew (Kangsoi) and stir fry (Kang-hou).
